Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care MD is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinician-led ABA team in Salisbury, MD. The role focuses on delivering engaging 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with data collection and family collaboration to drive client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
