Job summary

Consultants for Children in Yuma, Colorado, is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support using ABA techniques with children. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, standing).
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
