Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Adolescent Residential and AFC programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans, and train staff and families on behavior management strategies.

Candidate should have a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency with Excel and business software is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst or in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.
• Design and monitor behavior intervention programs.
• Train residential staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Provide consultation and behavioral expertise across residential and community-based programs.
