Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and mentor RBTs in home, school, or community settings. You will ensure high-quality, ethical ABA interventions while collaborating closely with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans; ensure ethical compliance.
