Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and RBTs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work in homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
