Sonova’s AudioNova in Stevensville, MI is seeking audiologists and hearing instrument specialists to join a mission-driven team. If you’re licensed to dispense hearing aids in Michigan or pursuing a Doctorate in Audiology, you can help patients hear better while growing your career.

We offer a strong benefits package, a $70,000–$80,000 salary with a sales incentive plan and a $10k sign-on bonus, plus 401k match, paid holidays, and continuing education support.

Formación

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in Michigan.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• Externship opportunities encouraged for 3rd and 4th year audiology students.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend varied treatment and product options.
• Address patient’s questions and concerns regarding benefits of hearing aid use.
• Discuss pricing of hearing instruments and present the value of hearing healthcare.
• Community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
• Teach patients how to utilize new technology to meet hearing goals.
• Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
• Adjust fittings to maximize product performance and address concerns.
• Ensure smooth office operations with clinic staff support.
