Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York seeks an Antitrust and Trade Regulation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our New York office. The ideal candidate has a background in complex litigation, particularly in antitrust matters, and excellent research and writing skills.

You will work with the antitrust litigation team on high-volume cases, manage case files through all stages of litigation, and participate in depositions, motions, and trials, within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of complex litigation experience.
• Bar admission in New York.
• Experience with depositions, pre-trial motions, and trials.
• Familiarity with NY state court procedure and federal court practice.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the antitrust litigation team to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Oversee case management through all stages of litigation.
• Engage in substantive litigation and trial activities.
• Perform various tasks related to complex antitrust litigation and trials.
