Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AML and Sanctions Audit Consultant (Temporary) to join our Regulatory Compliance Financial Crime practice. You will assess BSA/AML controls, perform independent testing, and contribute to risk-based audits for financial institutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid AML/BSA background, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to report findings to senior management. Occasional travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting/advisory, bank internal audit, or compliance testing.
• Exceptional candidates: CAMS/CIA/CISA or similar certifications.
• Strong understanding of AML/BSA, sanctions, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor BSA/AML compliance for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all audit phases: planning, walkthroughs, testing, reporting.
• Submit audit findings to senior management and audit committees with actions.
• Build and manage relationships across lines of defense.
