Job summary

YMCA of Columbus is seeking a part-time after-school program supervisor in Pickerington, OH. The role involves supervising elementary students, implementing engaging activities, and building strong relationships with students, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required.
• Experience with elementary aged students preferred.
• Available to work between 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a group of elementary aged students.
• Implementing program activities.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, YMCA colleagues and school personnel.
• Maintaining licensing rules/standards, keeping written student records, and collecting data and providing reports as necessary.
