Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, age-spanning care in a variable 24-40 hour weekly schedule.

The role requires autonomous and collaborative practice, including histories, exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans under physician supervision where applicable. The candidate must hold ND Physician Assistant or ND Nurse Practitioner licensure, with BLS/ACLS certification or within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold ND Physician Assistant or ND Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience in comprehensive patient evaluations across age groups is required.
• Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications within scope.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive histories and perform physical examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Provide health promotion and counseling to patients and families.
• Assist in continuum of care including home care, well baby/child, and post-discharge follow-ups.
• Perform minor procedures and wound care as trained and permitted.
