Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC 1) in Massachusetts preferred.
• Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of hire.
• Strong organization, collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Screens, assesses, and reassesses substance use and addiction needs.
• Provides direct interventions and supports to persons served.
• Participates as a member of the intervention team for assigned persons served.
