BrightView Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team. The role focuses on medication administration, treatment planning, and patient support within a dynamic care setting.

Qualified candidates will have a state LPN license, 1+ year nursing experience in behavioral health, and familiarity with EMR systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating care and ensuring patient safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in drug/alcohol or psychiatric setting.
• Preferred 2+ years nursing experience in drug/alcohol or psychiatric setting.
• State Licensed Practical Nursing License and State Medication Administration Certification

Responsabilidades

• Administer and dispense medications and injections per practice guidelines.
• Perform medication preselection and administration.
• Inductions and provide medical services as needed.
• Conduct assessments and monitor vital signs for dose changes.
• Educate patients on treatment, health, and safety policies.
• Schedule appointments and document no-shows; attend on-site staff and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Sign and process physician orders; enter notes in EMR and input flags.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure HIPAA compliance; complete EMR documentation.
