BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Behavioral Health team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and participate in care planning, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate EMR documentation.

Formación

• 1+ year nursing experience, preferably in drug/alcohol or psychiatric setting.
• Preferred 2+ years of nursing experience in behavioral health.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent; LPN with medication administration certification accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and injections per nursing practice.
• Manages medication preselection and administration.
• Performs inductions and provides medical services as needed.
• Conducts assessments and monitors vital signs for dose changes.
• Educates patients on treatment, health, and safety policies.
• Schedules appointments and documents no-shows in system.
• Attends on-site and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Signs orders and enters notes in EMR; inputs flags.
• Maintains medication inventory; ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Completes documentation in the designated EMR.
