OU Medicine in Oklahoma City is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Adult Acute Care unit on a PRN basis. The role emphasizes evaluation, planning, and implementing individualized OT treatment across multiple functional domains for adult inpatients.

The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while utilizing EMR and home exercise programs.

Formación

• ,Must hold OT license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
• Current Basic Life Support required by American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Interprets routine referrals and evaluates patients on independent living, occupational performance, or psychosocial skills.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with regular progress assessments.
• Educates patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and home management strategies.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
