Job summary

NYU Langone Health in Manhattan invites experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join the Vascular Surgery team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and prescriptive services within a collaborative practice agreement with a staff physician.

Qualifications

• Current NY Registered Professional Nurse license.
• New York Nurse Practitioner license and certification or Physician Assistant with NY licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care with nursing process and standards; diagnosis of illness and prescriptive measures as per protocol.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Implement and monitor research protocols when applicable and support clinical studies.
