NYU Langone Health is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Vascular & Interventional Radiology team in Manhattan. The role includes provision, coordination, and assurance of comprehensive nursing care under a collaborative practice agreement with a designated physician.

The position requires NYS NP licensure, RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/NRP are preferred. The candidate will support patient care, outcomes, and clinical research initiatives when applicable.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Professional Nurse in New York.
• Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsabilités

• Plans and organizes care to meet patient needs per protocols.
• Monitors cost effectiveness and performance indicators for the service.
• Collaborates with physicians and other disciplines to develop care plans.
• Prescribes medications and medical equipment per NYS law and protocol.
• Performs health assessments and coordinates care across the care continuum.
• Maintains current expertise and promotes professional growth.
• Ensures culturally competent care for diverse patient populations.
