Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) to join their mission at Empower Behavior Solutions ABA in Olympia, WA. This role provides an opportunity to help children grow and learn through direct 1:1 ABA therapy.

The ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, current CBT certification, and experience working with children. Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, along with professional development assistance, awaits successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children.
• Ability to work effectively under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation within 24 hours.
• Implement clients’ individual Behavior Plans as written.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations.
