Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children preferred.
• Current CBT certification mandatory.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data and file documentation within 24 hours.
• Implement individual Behavior Plans as directed by BCBA.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations.
