Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

No experience is required; the role offers flexible afternoon or evening hours and opportunities for growth in ABA and related fields, plus a path to the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
