Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks individuals to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping promote independence and positive behavior. No prior experience required; the role is a great entry point into the ABA field.

Positions start part time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexibility and a path to growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

40 hour RBT course encouraged
