Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges.
• Comfortable with aggression, self-injury, or elopement behaviors.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team support.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Support clients with communication and daily living skills.
• Utilize proactive strategies and crisis intervention techniques.
• Work in stabilization settings, community, and homes.
• Collect behavioral data, and document sessions.
• Participate in team discussions and clinical collaboration.
• Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene and feeding.
