aba360 in New Jersey is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support independence and positive behaviors.

No prior experience required; part-time positions with afternoon/evening hours suitable for students. Training available and the role offers flexible scheduling and an entry point into psychology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building plans and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using devices.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
