No experience is required, and positions start part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

You will work with families and a clinical team, recording session data and applying evidence-based interventions to support positive behavior and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
