Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) for home and school-based ABA services in Washington state. Flexible, 1:1 therapy with opportunities for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour for in-person services, with potential for hybrid or virtual work as cases develop. Support and supervision are provided by experienced BCBAs and RBT certification assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and submit documentation in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
