Cove ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Manhattan, NY. You will work one-on-one with children in homes or schools, using ABA techniques under supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily life.

This part-time role (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-6:00pm, some weekends) offers opportunities to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits for eligible staff, with ongoing training and growth within the ABA field.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation to/from client homes and schools.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/school.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
