Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role supports independence and behavioral goals with evidence-based interventions and a collaborative clinical team.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism. Paid training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for a part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
