Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions. You will work one-on-one with children in home or community-based settings, providing evidence-based ABA services under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Willingness to commit to at least 6 months to impact clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
