ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Orange, CT seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, school, and community-based ABA therapy. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
