Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy seeks a Behavior Therapist to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in homes, schools, and communities across Oregon. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families and a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to obtain RBT certification, and weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm). A reliable vehicle and access to a smartphone are also needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• High school diploma and willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification or state licensure.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; willing to travel ~45 minutes between locations.
• Basic computer skills; access to a tablet and smartphone required.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Use play-based therapy to help children with autism achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in the community.
• Collect data to track each child’s progress and partner with caregivers and clinical team to deliver high-quality support.
