Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a community setting. You will collect data and partner with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent support.

Must be able to work weekday afternoons (3–7pm) and travel between local locations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and be willing to obtain and maintain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; willing to obtain and maintain RBT certification or applicable state licensure.
• Availability for weekday afternoons (3-7pm).
• Background check including DOJ/FBI and TB test as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based ABA therapy to help children achieve meaningful goals at home, school, and community.
• Collect data to monitor progress and work with families and clinical team to ensure consistent support.
