No prior experience is required; full training is provided, including the 40-hour RBT course. All positions start part-time with opportunities for advancement in the thriving ABA field and flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• All positions start off part time and require a 40-hour RBT course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
