Job summary

ABA Pathways is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to work with children and teens on the autism spectrum in clinic, home, or community settings. No experience required—paid training will qualify you as a Behavior Technician while you develop skills and confidence.

You'll join a kind, dedicated team guided by values of kindness, person-centered care, responsibility, service to others, and teamwork. Flexible schedule with some evenings and one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and TB test.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Preferred experience with ABA or education fields.
• RBT or related coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism to build life skills.
• Implement individualized plans under BCBA.
• Record progress data accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team.
• Attend sessions in clinic, home, or community.
• Complete session notes on time.
