Job summary

ABA Pathways is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children and young teens with autism across clinic, home, and community settings. You will use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help clients develop life skills under supervision of a BCBA, with ongoing data collection and documentation.

No experience? Paid training is provided to qualify you as a Behavior Technician while you grow your skills and confidence in a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and young teens with autism to help build essential life skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to teach new skills.
• Collect and track progress data with accuracy.
• Complete session notes and administrative tasks on time.
