Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management strategies.
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors using designated tools.
• Help clients acquire functional skills in communication, social skills, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
