Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Bradenton, FL is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision and may enroll in complimentary RBT training. Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear growth path toward becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage with children and families and collect progress data.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
