Job summary

Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in an educational field or equivalent per FAC 6A-1.0503.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Florida Educator Certificate or equivalent per FAC 6A-1.0503.

Responsibilities

• Help students master challenging standards and meet state/local achievement requirements (FS 1012.53).
• Teach diligently using prescribed materials and methods, including technology-based instruction (FS 1012.53).
• Keep records and submit reports required by law, school board, or administrator (FS 1012.53; VCS 410).
• Maintain a valid Florida educator’s certificate as required by state law (VCS 410).
• Deliver all keys, records and reports, and account for district property to the principal/administrator as required.
• Conform to all policies and procedures (VCS 410).
