• Meet all standards of performance for teaching assignment.
• Increase student achievement per the Einstein Way.
• Adhere to, comply with, and implement all directives, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Utilize planning time to meet with administrators, coaches, colleagues, students, and parents.
• Plan lessons, provide materials and supervise para-educator daily to ensure effective small group instruction.
• Enforce school wide rules and PBIS model.
• Create a classroom climate that promotes initiative and responsibility.
• Manage disruptive behavior constructively and safely.
