Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED; Four years or 48 months of relevant volunteer or professional work experience coordinating educational/community programs.
• College coursework in any field; 60/90/120 semester hours translating to 2/3/4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning of educational activities for the program with staff guidance; support 4-H youth programs and clubs.
• Recruit, screen and train adult 4-H volunteers; develop SOPs for program safety and operations.
• Develop marketing plans to recruit volunteers and youth participants; collaborate with community organizations.
