Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an experienced RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will collect real-time data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and help create safe, engaging sessions while building a career with structured growth, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
