Job summary

You will draft correspondence, organize All Hands meetings, coordinate onboarding, and support external meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in strategy consulting, government, policy, or finance preferred.
• Proven track record of working closely with VP+ level management and driving multiple projects.
• Ability to anticipate needs of a busy COO and CEO.
• Ability to dive into any area of the business and facilitate executive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support COO in carrying out projects across operations, finance, events, and culture.
• Draft correspondence and organize operational to-dos with the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate All Hands meetings, annual retreat, and onboarding to boost morale.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for external meetings (fundraising, clients, partners).
• Generate analytic and qualitative insights to track progress and resource needs.
• Collaborate with communications on presentations and speaking points for internal/external audiences.
