Job description

Earn between $75,000 – $90,000 working as an Account Manager for a media brand with a large Gen Z audience

Who: Must have 2-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, media sales, or advertising.

Impact is looking for its first Account Manager. They are searching for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who is passionate about social justice, media, value-driven businesses, and content-driven partnerships.

What you’ll do

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying product and industry knowledge in real time to suggest appropriate pivots to further accomplish identified strategic goals for partnerships.
  • Managing numerous client/agency relationships at the same time.
  • Managing and mentoring team members in the AM department.
  • Serving as the client’s primary point of contact for live campaigns while providing reporting, monitoring program performance, and delivery.
  • Working with the Client Partnerships team to ideate marketing and comms campaigns as well as create upsell opportunities.
  • Creating account management processes as the need arises.
Eligibility Requirements

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience working in digital sales and account management.
  • Experience at a leading publisher, social media platform, agency, or digital player.
  • Knowledge of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snap, and the latest social ad products.

The salary range is $75,000 – $90,000. This range is a bit wider than typical, as they are open to welcoming a less experienced candidate who can grow tremendously.
