Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project or process management
• Experience managing high-profile corporate events and large-scale community convenings
• 2+ years of experience managing accelerator programs or startup grant portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic, win-win cross-sector partnerships (private sector, nonprofit, government)
• Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking presentation skills
• Experience navigating complex corporate environments with cross-functional matrixed teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

• Program design and execution for accelerator cohorts from start to finish
• Build and maintain partnerships with founders, organizations, and leaders
• Plan and manage community events, demo days, pitch showcases, and golf tournament
• Manage a diverse grant portfolio aligned with Capital One’s mobility framework
• Collaborate across internal lines and with external partners
• Represent Capital One in the community through networking and speaking engagements
