Incarnate Word Foundation in St. Louis seeks a Program and Communications Officer to coordinate programs, manage designated grants, and lead communications and community engagement with schools, grantees, and partners.

You will collaborate across staff to ensure well-organized activities, clear messaging, and meaningful participant experiences, while supporting evaluations, newsletters, events, and site visits as part of a mission-driven team.

Formación

• Experience in program coordination, grantmaking, communications, nonprofit administration, or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including content for websites and social media.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating events or community programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Commitment to Catholic identity, social teachings, and values.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Foundation programs, workshops, and activities.
• Manage communications across the website, newsletters, and social media.
• Plan and staff Foundation events and community gatherings.
• Oversee grant applications, small grant programs, and intern projects.
