Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and sends closing instructions within twenty-four (24) hours of being assigned the closing file.
• Confirms underwriting closing and funding conditions are cleared prior to closing.
• Verifies cash to/from closing is clear for specific loan programs.
• Reviews and approves the final CD settlement statement per loan programs.
• Verifies the loan meets/clears state and federal compliance prior to closing release.
• Examines final closing documents for loan product type compliance.
• Requests wire releases on loan files.
• Uploads and labels final CD statement with closing instructions.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
