ImpactAssets is seeking an Associate, Investment Administration to join the Investment Operations team. This remote, full-time role supports investment execution, post-investment management, monitoring, and administration for private debt and equity investments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a transactional operations setting. Remote work from anywhere in the US with EST business hours and periodic travel 2–3 times per year.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field; minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or investment operations/servicing; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with private investment data preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual Fund reporting and investment activity records.
• Reconcile data and maintain data integrity across legacy and new systems.
• Support client reporting deliverables and investment processing with investee coordination.
