Qualifications

• 2+ years of private equity / venture capital investing experience.
• 4-5+ years total in a relevant role (investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or direct business/start-up operating experience).
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and perform primary market and industry diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead diligence and investment thesis development; build financial models and market research; present to the investment committee.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new and follow-on investments; support sourcing and thesis building.
• Build relationships with venture capital, impact investing and startup ecosystems; represent the Fund at events.
• Monitor portfolio company performance; prepare quarterly portfolio reviews and support follow-on investments.
