Working with developers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and public-sector partners, the VP will mobilize private capital into climate-aligned sectors. Investments primarily include infrastructure and asset-backed debt transactions, as well as select equity investments.Key Responsibilities:Investment Origination & Business Development: Develop relationships with sponsors, developers, borrowers, co-investors, and capital providers. Source, evaluate, and advance investment opportunities in clean energy, transportation, and sustainable infrastructure. Support the development of innovative financing structures that expand access to capital and drive market growth.Transaction Execution: Lead transaction screening, underwriting, due diligence, and structuring activities. Prepare financial models, term sheets, investment memoranda, and investment committee presentations. Manage negotiations, transaction execution, and closing processes.
