Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required across a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in consulting, economic research, finance, investment management, impact investing, nonprofit financial services, public policy, or a similar analytically rigorous field.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research supporting faculty projects on sustainable and impact investing.
• Use AI-enabled tools, large language models, ML techniques, and traditional methods to analyze datasets.
• Develop and maintain datasets; draft memoranda, presentations, and reports.
• Produce case studies, teaching notes, and educational content for Harvard Business School courses.
• Coordinate multiple research projects, manage external relationships, and assist with events and outreach.
