Job summary

You will coordinate integration of the Impact Alternatives Growth Strategy and lead engagement with Financial Advisor teams and distribution partners, developing executive materials and conveying complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, strategy, sustainability, distribution, or related fields.
• Passion for sustainability, impact investing, and purpose-driven work.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling strategic programs, commercialization models, engagement models, or operational processes.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• SIE, Series 7/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for our patented Impact Reporting tool
• Identify growth opportunities across the platform and support prioritization of strategic initiatives
• Build strategic project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams
• Improve internal processes for scalability, consistency, and operational effectiveness
• Lead strategy for engaging key Financial Advisor teams and distribution partners on Investing with Impact
• Develop executive-level presentations, strategic materials, and communications for leadership and field audiences
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and messaging
• Lead event planning for road shows and the annual in-person gathering for Impact Directors
• Manage a small team
• Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented team culture
