Figure 8 Investment Strategies seeks an entry-level Client Experience Associate I to deliver an exceptional client experience across the country. Based in Boise, ID or Portland, OR, the role handles onboarding, client inquiries, and back-office tasks with Redtail and Dropbox, while supporting sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate is sharp, detail-focused, and excited to begin a career in investment management or financial planning, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; some financial services or related experience may substitute.
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office; strong ability to learn and apply new software quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and potential clients about the company’s mission and services; ensure calls and emails answered in a timely, upbeat, and professional manner.
• Onboard new clients; gather and organize client documents and data; guide clients through paperwork and portal access.
• Provide ongoing client service; handle requests for cash movements, transfers, and account updates with custodians (primarily Charles Schwab).
• Capture notes from client calls and meetings; leverage CRM (Redtail) and electronic files (Dropbox).
• Help ensure office operations (files, phones, email, mailings) are organized and sustainable.
• Coordinate client meetings for our advisor team using Calendly; support social impact initiatives.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork in a progressive firm.
